CONSULTATION & SURVEY
We visit, we measure, we listen.
A free on-site visit to understand your space and brief. We check the substrate, take measurements and bring samples to see in your own light — with honest advice on what will actually work and wear well.

DESIGN & SPECIFICATION
Finish, tone and detail, on paper.
We specify the finish room by room, like an interior scheme, and issue a single fixed written quote — no day-rate surprises, with a day-by-day programme so you can plan around it.

PREPARATION
The substrate decides how long it lasts.
Every substrate moves, absorbs and bonds differently — timber, screed, tiles, plasterboard. We test moisture, isolate cracks and prime specifically for that surface and the exact product going over it. It's the least visible stage of the job and the one that matters most: get the preparation right for the substrate and the product, and the finish lasts; skip it, and even the best application fails early.

INSTALLATION
Trowel-applied by the studio.
Our own installers — never subcontracted — apply each coat by hand over a typical 4–6 days for a floor, protecting the rest of your home and keeping the site clean throughout.

SEALED HANDOVER
Sealed, documented, guaranteed.
A two-part sealer, a documented finish record and a simple aftercare plan — all backed by a 2-year product warranty.
